More About Us

Why is the name "One Price"?

We name the shop "One Price" because the price of jewelleries fluctuated wildly in the year we were founded. We believe that this was detrimental to our pursuit of long-term relationships with our customers, so we charged fair, stable equitable price instead. Our business model has so far proven rewarding, and we have built a large client base from this principle over the last 30 years.

The name of "One Price" has since been passed down, along with its spirit of transparency and trust.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made entirely in Hong Kong, from the mold-making, stones setting, grinding and polishing.

Do you use synthetic diamonds or other synthetic gemstones for your jewellery?

We strictly use natural diamonds and gemstones in our jewelleries, except for our pearl. We use cultured pearl in our pearl jewelleries.

Physical Store vs. Online Store?

We believe in long-term relationships and providing our customers with a long-term comprehensive support system. We offer specialist cleaning, custom remodeling and maintenance services which are available at our store. Our store in Central has been established since 1987 and has offered a sense of security for our customers, knowing that if they need help, we will be there for them.

What service may I find at the physical store?

Our shop in Central has a wide variety of products in stock, and our specialists are able to help you choose the most suitable item for you and offer guidance on our custom-made jewellery. We also provide clean, remodeling and maintenance services for items bought from us.

What is the quality of the melee diamonds used in your jewellery?

Our jewellery generally adopts the quality of G-H color, VS+ clarity for melee diamonds. Every diamond in our shop, regardless of size, with or without a certificate, will be examined by our in-house GIA Graduated Gemologist diamond expert.

Do you clean/repair jewellery purchased from other shops or suppliers?

Due to the general structural complexities of jewellery and its fragility, we highly recommend that it should be maintained by the original shop or supplier for best results.

How do I choose the most-suitable diamond for myself or for my partner?

It's simple! Please contact us and we can organise a casual meeting to discuss your needs. We are friendly ;)
